Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 - 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 - 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

CHECKOUT

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping.  However, shipping rates will be calculated after your order is placed, and we will notify you of the international shipping rate.  Typical timeline for overseas shipments are 7 to 10 days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sourcetroniks, Inc., dba Industrial Process Systems, is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, subject to a 30% restocking fee.  It is your responsibility as the customer to pay for the shipment back to our location 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@strutducthangers.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
